What furniture is included?

Living room furniture: couch, loveseat, entertainment stand, coffee table, end table. A TV is not included. Bedroom: full size bed frame, mattress, dresser, nightstand, and wardrobe. Bedding is not included. Depending on which layout, the four bedroom apartments include a kitchen table and chairs or bar stools. Two and three bedroom apartments include bar stools.

What size are the beds?

All bedrooms come with a full-size bed frame and mattress.

Do apartments come with a washer and dryer?

Yes. All apartments include a stackable washer and dryer.

Do I have to have roommates?

If you want to be guaranteed no roommates, you have to rent the full apartment.
Otherwise, there is always a chance you will be roommate matched with another roommate. Roommates are NEVER placed in the same bedroom.

How long are leases?

We offer 5, 10, and 12 month lease options. For pricing on 5 and 10 month lease options, please contact the office. We may offer other lease term options, please reach out to us to ensure before applying.

What is included in my rent?

Everything but electricity is included. We bill residents back for electricity. All electric
bills are split evenly among roommates.

What is the security deposit?

You are required to pay an administration fee of $250.00 if you do not have a guarantor (co-signer). If you qualify to not be required to have a guarantor, the administration fee is $75.00. The administration fee is not a security deposit and is not refundable at the end of your lease. The administration fee is due within one week of signing your lease.

How can I pay my rent?

You can pay rent through your resident portal. This allows you to use a bank account or credit card to make payments. There are no fees when paying with your bank account.

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes. You are required to have renter's insurance. You are automatically opted into our policy when you move in, but you may opt out by submitting your own policy that meets the requirements.

Why do prices vary in each floorplan?

Prices range on each floor plan depending on views and other premium features inside the apartment home.

What is the application fee?

Nothing! We are currently waiving the $35 application fee.
